The whole process with Amanda and Uche was seamless. Their services were also very fairly priced. We felt good knowing what we were getting with the initial consultation. Uche does all of the measurements and you are able to see a variety of samples (colour, amount of privacy, etc). Uche was extremely knowledgeable and guided us through the best options for the space. We had a fantastic experience using Black Pearl Blinds! Uche was professional, yet extremely friendly and personable. His communication was prompt and he made himself available through both email and telephone. We first received a quote via email, then Uche visited the house to do measurements and a consultation. Our installation was seamless! He was done within 45 minutes and took our old blinds with him. We had two windows to replace with treatments. He was efficient but also had an attention to detail. The installation was very shortly after our initial consult as well because he uses a local supplier to cut down on wait time.
